Chinatown
The Chinatown of New York is where Balthazar goes to find the Grimhold, and where he meets who he thinks is the Chinese Woman that found the Grimhold.
It was also where Sun-Lok was released and attacked Balthazar and Dave with his dragon after he was set free from the Grimhold by Horvath, but later was defeated and killed along with his dragon by Dave.
